We are wired by God to do activities, to handle every kind of stress.

Tingkatan stress :

  1. Bored
  2. Juggle
  3. Trauma

Akibat stress :

  1. Irritability
  2. Sleep loss
  3. Managing poorly
  4. Depression
  5. Immuno breakdown

Depresi adalah saat ketika kita tidak bisa mengekpresikan rasa frustasi, sehingga akhirnya masuk ke dalam.

Kreativitas tidak melulu berbicara ttg seni, tapi juga tentang problem solving and decision making.

how to handle stress :
